관광진흥개발기금법 제11조(목적 외의 사용 금지 등)

Tourism Promotion and Development Fund Act, Article 11 (Prohibition of Use for Other Purposes)

① 기금을 대여받거나 보조받은 자는 대여받거나 보조받을 때에 지정된 목적 외의 용도에 기금을 사용하지 못한다.

② 대여받거나 보조받은 기금을 목적 외의 용도에 사용하였을 때에는 대여 또는 보조를 취소하고 이를 회수한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 lent렌트 or오 subsidized서브시다이즈드 is이즈 used유즈드 for^f포 a어 purpose퍼퍼스 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 designated데지그네이티드 purpose,퍼퍼스 the^ð더 lending렌딩 or오 subsidy서브시디 shall섈 be비 revoked^r리^v보우크트 and앤드 recovered.^r러커^v버드

③ 문화체육관광부장관은 기금의 대여를 신청한 자 또는 기금의 대여를 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 대여 신청을 거부하거나, 그 대여를 취소하고 지출된 기금의 전부 또는 일부를 회수한다. <신설 2011.4.5>

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 대여를 신청한 경우 또는 대여를 받은 경우

④ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 해당 기금을 대여받거나 보조받은 날부터 5년 이내에 기금을 대여받거나 보조받을 수 없다. <신설 2011.4.5, 2021.4.13>
