국가공무원 명예퇴직수당 등 지급 규정 제7조(명예퇴직수당의 지급결정)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 제6조에 따라 명예퇴직수당 지급신청서를 받으면 신청기간(제6조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 명예퇴직수당 지급을 신청한 경우에는 신청일을 말한다. 이하 이 장에서 같다) 종료 후 10일 이내에 예산 등을 고려하여 명예퇴직수당 지급대상자를 결정하여야 한다. 신청인이 명예퇴직수당 지급신청서를 제출한 후에 사망한 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2025.6.2>

② 중앙행정기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 명예퇴직수당 지급대상자를 결정하기 전에 감사원, 고위공직자범죄수사처, 공소청, 중대범죄수사청, 경찰청 및 공무원연금공단 등에 제3조제3항에 따른 지급제한대상 해당 여부와 근속기간을 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2013.4.22, 2020.7.14, 2026.9.29>
