Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Education Commission, Article 12 (National Curriculum Monitoring Group)

① 법 제12조제1항에 따른 국가교육과정 기준과 내용에 대한 국민의견을 수렴하고 같은 조 제2항에 따른 국가교육과정에 대한 조사ㆍ분석 및 점검 업무를 지원하게 하기 위하여 국가교육위원회에 국가교육과정 모니터링단(이하 "국가교육과정모니터링단"이라 한다)을 둘 수 있다.

② 국가교육과정모니터링단은 시ㆍ도 교육청별, 학교급별, 교과별 등으로 구분하여 운영할 수 있다.

③ 국가교육과정모니터링단의 단원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 국가교육위원회의 위원장이 위촉한다.

1. 「유아교육법」 제20조제1항에 따른 교원 또는 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제19조제1항에 따른 교원

④ 국가교육위원회의 위원장은 제3항에 따라 위촉된 단원에게 매년 1회 이상 직무 수행에 필요한 교육을 실시할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 국가교육과정모니터링단의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 국가교육위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
