Enforcement Decree of the Act on Honorable Treatment and Support for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State, Article 53 (Employment Ratio of Enterprises, etc.)

① 법 제33조의2제1항에 따른 대상업체별 고용비율은 다른 국가보훈관계 법령에 따라 우선하여 고용되는 사람을 포함하여 별표 9에 규정된 비율로 한다. 다만, 법 제33조의2제2항 각 호에 해당하는 취업지원 실시기관의 대상업체별 고용비율은 별표 9의 고용비율에 각각 1퍼센트를 더한 비율로 한다. <개정 2024.11.12>
