National Pension Act, Article 75 (Extinction of Entitlement to a Survivors' Pension)

① 유족연금 수급권자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되면 그 수급권은 소멸한다. <개정 2011.12.31, 2016.5.29, 2017.10.24, 2023.6.13>

(1) If이^f프 a어 person퍼슨 entitled엔타이틀드 to투 a어 survivors'서^v바이^v버즈 pension펜션 comes컴즈 to투 fall^f폴 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 subparagraphs,서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 the^ð디 entitlement엔타이털먼트 shall섈 be비 extinguished:익스팅귀시트

1. 수급권자가 사망한 때

1. When웬 the^ð디 entitled엔타이틀드 person퍼슨 dies;다이즈

2. 배우자인 수급권자가 재혼한 때

2. When웬 an앤 entitled엔타이틀드 person퍼슨 who후 is이즈 a어 spouse스파우스 remarries;^r리매^r리즈

3. 자녀나 손자녀인 수급권자가 파양된 때

② 부모, 손자녀 또는 조부모인 유족의 유족연금 수급권은 가입자 또는 가입자였던 사람이 사망할 당시에 그 가입자 또는 가입자였던 사람의 태아가 출생하여 수급권을 갖게 되면 소멸한다. <개정 2015.1.28>
