국세기본법 제9조(송달받을 장소의 신고)

제8조에 따른 서류의 송달을 받을 자가 주소 또는 영업소 중에서 송달받을 장소를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정부에 신고한 경우에는 그 신고된 장소에 송달하여야 한다. 이를 변경한 경우에도 또한 같다.
