국제민사사법공조법 제6조((囑託의 經路))

①외국으로의 촉탁을 하고자 하는 재판장이 속하는 법원의 장은 법원행정처장에게 촉탁서 기타 관계서류를 송부할 것을 요청하여야 한다.

②법원행정처장은 외교부장관에게 제1항의 규정에 의한 촉탁서 기타 관계서류를 외교상의 경로를 통하여 제5조에 규정된 수탁기관으로 송부할 것을 의뢰하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
