군에서의 형의 집행 및 군수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(참관)

① 군판사와 군검사 외의 사람이 법 제8조제2항에 따라 군교정시설을 참관하려면 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신청서를 소장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2022.6.30>

② 제1항에 따라 신청서를 받은 소장은 참관하려는 사람의 신분과 참관 목적 등을 확인한 후 허가 여부를 결정하여야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 warden워든 shall섈 verify^v베^r러^f파이 the^ð디 identity아이덴티티 and앤드 purpose퍼퍼스 of어^v브 observation아브저^v베이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 person퍼슨 intending인텐딩 to투 observe어브저^v브 and앤드 then^ð덴 decide디사이드 whether웨^ð더 to투 grant그^r랜트 permission.퍼미션

③ 소장은 외국인에게 참관을 허가하려면 국방부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2014.10.28>

④ 소장은 참관을 허가한 사람에게 미리 참관할 때의 주의사항을 알려주어야 한다.
