Act on the Promotion of Win-Win Cooperation between Large Enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 28-5 (Establishment of the Consignment Dispute Mediation Council)

① 제20조제2항제5호에 따른 위탁기업과 수탁기업 간 분쟁의 자율적 조정을 지원하기 위하여 재단에 수ㆍ위탁분쟁조정협의회(이하 "분쟁조정협의회"라 한다)를 설치한다.

② 분쟁조정협의회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결한다.

3. 그 밖에 분쟁조정협의회의 위원장이 회의에 부치는 사항
