대리점거래의 공정화에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(분쟁조정신청의 보완 등)

① 위원장은 제9조제1항에 따른 서면 또는 같은 조 제2항에 따른 서류에 대하여 보완이 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 상당한 기간을 정하여 그 보완을 요구할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 보완에 걸린 기간은 법 제20조제5항제3호에 따른 기간의 산정에서 제외한다.
