Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 29 (Board Resolution and Disclosure by Public Interest Corporations That Are Specially Related Persons)

① 공시대상기업집단에 속하는 회사를 지배하는 동일인의 특수관계인에 해당하는 공익법인은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 거래행위를 하거나 주요 내용을 변경하려는 경우에는 미리 이사회 의결을 거친 후 이를 공시하여야 한다.

1. 해당 공시대상기업집단에 속하는 국내 회사 주식의 취득 또는 처분

2. 해당 공시대상기업집단의 특수관계인(국외 계열회사는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)을 상대방으로 하거나 특수관계인을 위하여 하는 대통령령으로 정하는 규모 이상의 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 거래

라. 주주의 구성 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 계열회사를 상대방으로 하거나 그 계열회사를 위하여 상품 또는 용역을 제공 또는 거래하는 행위

② 제1항의 공시에 관하여는 제26조제2항 및 제3항을 준용한다.
