Enforcement Rule of the Digital Medical Products Act, Article 2 (Scope of Digital Technology)

① 「디지털의료제품법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제2호 각 목 외의 부분에 따른 "지능정보기술, 로봇기술, 정보통신기술 등 총리령으로 정하는 첨단기술"(이하 "디지털기술"이라 한다)이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기술을 말한다.
