사립학교법 제10조의2(출연자의 정관 기재)

① 학교법인은 일정한 재산을 출연한 자의 출연 의사를 보호하고 그 명예를 기리기 위하여 제10조제1항 각 호의 사항 외에 다음 각 호의 사항을 정관에 적을 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 출연자 외에 학교법인의 설립 이후 대통령령으로 정하는 일정 금액 이상의 재산을 출연하거나 기부한 자에 대해서도 당사자의 의사에 따라 제1항 각 호의 사항을 정관에 적을 수 있다.
