산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 제70조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 산림청장의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 시ㆍ도지사나 소속 기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있으며, 위임받은 시ㆍ도지사나 소속 기관의 장은 산림청장의 승인을 받아 위임받은 권한의 일부를 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이나 2차 소속 기관의 장에게 재위임할 수 있다.

③ 이 법에 따른 지방산림청장의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 지방산림청국유림관리소장에게 위임할 수 있다.

④ 이 법에 따른 산림청장, 지방자치단체의 장 또는 지방산림청장의 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 관련 기관 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
