새마을금고법 시행령 제10조(금고의 직원)

① 법 제19조제9항에 따라 간부직원으로 전무나 상무를 둘 수 있는 금고는 직전 사업연도 말 현재 총자산 규모가 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 금액 이상인 금고로서 재무구조ㆍ경영실적 등이 회장이 정하는 기준에 적합한 금고로 한다. <개정 2011.9.9, 2022.4.19>

② 제1항의 간부직원은 법 제21조제1항제1호부터 제11호까지, 제11호의2, 제11호의3, 제12호, 제12호의2, 제13호, 제13호의2, 제14호, 제15호 및 제18호에 해당하지 아니하는 자로서 회장이 실시하는 전형시험에 합격한 자이어야 한다. <개정 2011.9.9, 2023.10.4>

③ 금고의 직원은 이사장이 임면(任免)하되 그 임면에 관한 자격기준 및 금고 직원 간 교류 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 회장이 정한다. <개정 2011.9.9>

④ 금고 직원에 대한 인사ㆍ보수 제도의 균형을 유지하고 인사교류에 관한 사항을 협의ㆍ조정하기 위하여 중앙회의 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구만 해당한다)별로 인사관리위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2011.9.9>
