소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(특정소방대상물에 설치ㆍ관리해야 하는 소방시설)

① 법 제12조제1항 전단에 따라 특정소방대상물의 관계인이 특정소방대상물에 설치ㆍ관리해야 하는 소방시설의 종류는 별표 4와 같다.

② 법 제12조제1항 후단에 따라 「장애인ㆍ노인ㆍ임산부 등의 편의증진 보장에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 장애인등이 사용하는 소방시설은 별표 4 제2호 및 제3호에 따라 장애인등에 적합하게 설치ㆍ관리해야 한다.
