소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비산업 경쟁력 강화 및 공급망 안정화를 위한 특별조치법 시행령 제12조(전문위원회 등)

① 법 제8조제4항에 따른 분야별 전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)는 소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비, 제도개선 등의 분야로 구분하여 설치할 수 있다.

② 각 전문위원회 및 법 제8조제4항에 따른 특별위원회(이하 "특별위원회"라 한다)는 각각 위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) Each이치 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 special스페실 committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 8 (4) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "special스페실 committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 각 전문위원회 및 특별위원회의 위원장은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 관계 중앙행정기관 및 유관기관 등의 의견을 들어 위원장이 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 and앤드 special스페실 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 after애^f프터 hearing히^r링 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 related^r릴레이티드 institutions,인스티투션즈 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

④ 각 전문위원회 및 특별위원회의 위원장이 아닌 위원은 제3항 각 호의 사람 중에서 해당 전문위원회 및 특별위원회의 위원장이 각각 위촉한다.

(4) Members멤버즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 and앤드 special스페실 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 or오 special스페실 committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 persons퍼슨즈 in인 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3).

⑤ 전문위원회 또는 특별위원회의 회의는 위원장의 요청이 있거나 전문위원회 또는 특별위원회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때 소집하며, 사전에 전문위원회 또는 특별위원회의 위원에게 회의 안건, 일시 및 장소 등 회의 개최계획을 알려야 한다.
