소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비산업 경쟁력 강화 및 공급망 안정화를 위한 특별조치법 시행령 제14조(대ㆍ중소기업상생협의회의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제8조제5항에 따른 대ㆍ중소기업상생협의회(이하 이 조에서 "상생협의회"라 한다)는 소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비 분야의 대기업, 중소기업을 대표할 수 있는 사람, 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 관련 전문가 및 유관기관 임직원 25명 이내로 구성하며, 상생협의회의 위원장은 상생협의회의 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

② 상생협의회는 업종별 전문적인 검토를 위해 분과협의회를 둘 수 있다.

③ 상생협의회의 운영을 지원하기 위하여 「대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률」 제20조에 따른 대ㆍ중소기업ㆍ농어업협력재단에 실무지원단을 설치한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 상생협의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 상생협의회의 의결을 거쳐 상생협의회의 위원장이 정한다.
