Enforcement Rule of the Act on Fostering and Supporting the Fishery Food Industry, Article 11 (Report on Fishery Product Processing Business)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따라 수산물가공업의 신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제9호서식의 수산물가공업 신고서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 제2호에 따라 선상가공업의 신고를 받은 담당 공무원은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통해 선박국적증서 또는 선적증서를 확인해야 하며, 신고인이 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 해당 서류의 사본을 첨부하도록 해야 한다.
