수산식품산업의 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제32조(품질인증 표시방법)

제31조에 따라 품질인증을 받은 자가 그 인증의 표시를 하려는 때에는 인증받은 품목의 제품ㆍ포장ㆍ용기의 표면 또는 송장(送狀) 등에 해양수산부령으로 정하는 품질인증표지 및 표시사항을 붙이거나 인쇄해야 한다.
