1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제16조의2제1항에 따른 등록을 한 경우

2. 1년에 3회 이상 시설 폐쇄명령을 받은 경우

4. 제16조의2제1항에 따른 등록을 한 후 2년 이내에 사육동물을 사육하지 아니하거나 정당한 사유 없이 계속하여 2년 이상 사육시설을 운영하지 아니한 경우

5. 제16조의2제2항을 위반하여 변경등록을 하지 아니한 경우
