Act on Structural Improvement and Support of Coastal and Offshore Fisheries, Article 6 (Establishment of Implementation Plans for Reduction of Fishing Vessels and Gear)

① 해양수산부장관과 시ㆍ도지사는 기본계획에 따라 어선ㆍ어구의 감척을 위한 시행계획(이하 "감척시행계획"이라 한다)을 세우고 이에 필요한 재원을 확보하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다. 이 경우 근해어업에 대하여는 해양수산부장관이, 연안어업ㆍ구획어업 및 정치망어업에 대하여는 시ㆍ도지사가 감척시행계획을 세워야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.3.13, 2019.12.3, 2022.1.11>

④ 해양수산부장관과 시ㆍ도지사는 감척시행계획을 세우려면 미리 해양수산부장관은 시ㆍ도지사의 의견을, 시ㆍ도지사는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 의견을 듣고 「수산업법」 제95조에 따른 중앙수산조정위원회 또는 시ㆍ도수산조정위원회(이하 "해당 수산조정위원회"라 한다)의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 감척시행계획을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2022.1.11>

⑤ 제4항 후단에도 불구하고 감척시행계획 중 감척대상자 모집기간 등 해양수산부령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23>
