의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제39조(위원회의 구성)

①소속기관등의 장은 제38조의 소청서를 받은 경우에는 7일 이내에 경찰공무원 보통징계위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 구성하여 소청의 심사를 하게 하여야 한다. 이 경우 위원회는 5명 이상 7명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 1981.9.5, 1983.8.31, 1987.12.31, 1991.7.30, 2015.11.20>

②제1항의 경우에는 소청의 요지를 피소청인에게 통보하여야 한다.
