의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(적성검사 등의 방법과 기준)

① 제5조제2항제1호에 따른 적성검사는 의무경찰로서 적합한 적응성 및 행동방식 등을 가지고 있는지를 파악하기 위한 사항으로 구성된 질의서를 통하여 하되, 그 세부방법 및 기준은 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 정한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 제5조제2항제2호에 따른 신체ㆍ체력검사는 제9조제1항제1호 또는 제2호에 따른 병역판정 신체검사결과 통보서 또는 신체검사서를 통하여 하되, 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 신체ㆍ체력검사의 기준에 적합한가의 여부를 실제로 검사할 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26>
