자연재해대책법 시행령 제16조의3(우수유출저감시설의 종류 등)

① 법 제19조의7제3항에 따른 우수유출저감시설의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2021.1.5>

② 제1항제1호에 따른 침투시설은 단위설계 침투량, 시설의 배치계획 등을 충분히 검토한 후 침투시설의 설치 수량을 설정하여야 하며, 제1항제2호에 따른 저류시설은 해당 지역 내에서 개발 등으로 인하여 증가되는 유출량을 저류할 수 있도록 계획되어야 한다.
