장애인복지법 제13조(지방장애인복지위원회)

①장애인복지 관련 사업의 기획ㆍ조사ㆍ실시 등을 하는 데에 필요한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 지방자치단체에 지방장애인복지위원회를 둔다.

②제1항의 지방장애인복지위원회를 조직ㆍ운영하는 데에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
