Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, Article 66-9 (Building and Use of Safety Information)

① 행정안전부장관은 재난 및 각종 사고로부터 국민의 생명과 신체 및 재산을 보호하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 정보(이하 "안전정보"라 한다)를 수집하여 체계적으로 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.1.17, 2017.7.26, 2019.12.3, 2020.12.22>

② 행정안전부장관은 안전정보를 체계적으로 관리하고 안전정보 및 다른 법령에 따라 재난관리책임기관의 장이 공개하는 시설 등에 대한 각종 안전점검ㆍ진단 등의 결과를 통합적으로 공개하기 위하여 안전정보통합관리시스템을 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>
