전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제15조(법률안 의견 제출 및 입법반영)

① 통합특별시장과 통합특별시교육감은 통합특별시의회 재적의원 3분의 2 이상의 동의를 받아 통합특별시와 관련하여 법률에 반영할 필요가 있는 사항에 대한 의견을 지원위원회에 제출할 수 있다.

② 지원위원회는 제1항에 따라 제출된 의견을 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Support서포트 Committee커미티 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 opinion어피니언 submitted서브미티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 통보된 내용의 타당성을 검토하여야 한다. 이 경우 검토기간은 그 통보를 받은 날부터 2개월을 지나서는 아니 된다.

④ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제3항에 따른 검토결과를 검토기간이 지난 날부터 7일 이내에 지원위원회에 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 검토한 결과 타당성이 없다고 인정할 때에는 그 사유와 내용을 구체적으로 밝혀 통보하여야 하고, 타당성이 있다고 인정할 때에는 관계 법률에 그 내용이 반영될 수 있도록 적극 협력하여야 한다.

⑤ 지원위원회는 제4항에 따라 통보받은 검토결과를 심의하여 그 심의결과를 통합특별시장, 통합특별시교육감과 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.
