지방세법 시행령 제85조의3(종업원 수 산정기준)

법 제84조의5에 따른 종업원 수의 산정은 종업원의 월 통상인원을 기준으로 한다. 이 경우 월 통상인원의 산정 방법은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
