Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 147 (Lists of Rehabilitation Creditors, Rehabilitation Security Right Holders, Shareholders, and Equity Holders)

①관리인은 회생채권자의 목록, 회생담보권자의 목록과 주주ㆍ지분권자의 목록(이 편에서 "목록"이라 한다)을 작성하여 제50조제1항제1호에 따른 기간 안에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30>
