①다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사의 면허를 받아 수정사가 될 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.3.21>

1. 「국가기술자격법」에 따른 기술자격 중 대통령령으로 정하는 축산 분야 산업기사 이상의 자격을 취득한 자

3. 농촌진흥청장이 수정사 인력의 적정 수급을 위하여 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시행하는 수정사 시험에 합격한 자

1. 피성년후견인 또는 피한정후견인

1. A어 person퍼슨 under언더 adult어덜트 guardianship가디언쉽 or오 limited리머티드 guardianship;가디언쉽

2. 「정신보건법」 제3조제1호에 따른 정신질환자. 다만, 정신건강의학과전문의가 수정사로서 업무를 수행할 수 있다고 인정하는 사람은 그러하지 아니하다.

2. A어 mentally멘털리 ill일 person퍼슨 under언더 Article아터클 3, subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mental멘틀 Health헬^θ스 Act.액트 However,하우에^v버 this^ð디스 shall섈 not낫 apply어플라이 to투 a어 person퍼슨 whom훔 a어 specialist스페셜리스트 in인 psychiatry사이카이어트^r리 recognizes^r레커그나이지즈 as애즈 able에이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 as애즈 an앤 insemination인세머네이션 technician;텍니션

3. 「마약류관리에 관한 법률」 제40조에 따른 마약류중독자. 다만, 정신건강의학과전문의가 수정사로서 업무를 수행할 수 있다고 인정하는 사람은 그러하지 아니하다.

3. ③제1항제2호에 따른 수정사 시험의 과목, 시험의 일부 면제 및 합격 기준 등 수정사 시험에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

④ 수정사는 다른 사람에게 그 명의를 사용하게 하거나 다른 사람에게 그 면허를 대여해서는 아니 된다. <신설 2020.3.24>

(4) An앤 insemination인세머네이션 technician텍니션 shall섈 not낫 allow얼라우 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 to투 use유스 his히즈 or오 her허 name네임 or오 lend렌드 his히즈 or오 her허 license라이슨스 to투 another어너^ð더 person.퍼슨

⑤ 누구든지 수정사의 면허를 취득하지 아니하고 그 명의를 사용하거나 면허를 대여받아서는 아니 되며, 명의의 사용이나 면허의 대여를 알선해서도 아니 된다. <신설 2020.3.24>
