축산법 제44조(기금의 재원)

①기금은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조성한다.

③ 「농업협동조합법」 제161조의2에 따른 농협경제지주회사는 법률 제10522호 농업협동조합법 일부개정법률 부칙 제6조에 따른 경제사업의 이관에 따라 농업협동조합중앙회로부터 인수한 축산부문 고정자산을 계속 소유하지 아니하고 다른 자에게 양도하는 경우에는 해당 양도가액을 기금에 납입하여야 한다. 다만, 농림축산식품부장관의 승인을 얻어 해당 축산부문 고정자산을 이전하거나 다른 축산부문 고정자산과 교환하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <신설 2018.12.31>
