출입국관리법 제29조의2(외국인 긴급출국정지)

① 검사 또는 수사기관은 범죄 피의자인 외국인이 제4조의6제1항에 해당하는 경우에는 제29조제2항에도 불구하고 출국심사를 하는 출입국관리공무원에게 출국정지를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2026.8.4>

② 제1항에 따른 외국인의 출국정지에 관하여는 제4조의6제2항부터 제6항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "출국금지"는 "출국정지"로, "긴급출국금지"는 "긴급출국정지"로 본다.
