출입국관리법 시행규칙 제53조의2(사회통합 프로그램 운영기관의 지정)

Enforcement Rule of the Immigration Act, Article 53-2 (Designation of Operating Institutions of the Social Integration Program)

① 영 제49조제1항에 따라 사회통합 프로그램 운영기관으로 지정받으려는 기관, 법인 또는 단체(이하 "지정신청인"이라 한다)는 별지 제81호서식의 사회통합 프로그램 운영기관 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 소재지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장을 거쳐 법무부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>

5. 영 제48조제1항제5호에 따른 외국인의 사회적응 지원 교육 등을 위하여 필요한 자격을 갖추었다고 법무부장관이 인정하는 사람

③ 제1항에 따라 사회통합 프로그램 운영기관 지정신청서 등을 제출받은 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 제출받은 서류를 법무부장관에게 송부할 때에는 지정신청인이 지정요건을 갖추었는지와 지정의 적정성에 대한 의견을 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
