특허권 등의 등록령 제4조(권리의 순위)

① 같은 특허권등이나 특허권등에 관한 권리에 관하여 등록된 권리의 순위는 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 등록된 순서에 따른다.

② 제1항의 등록 순서는 등록원부 중 같은 난에 등록된 것은 순위번호에 따르고, 다른 난에 등록된 것은 접수번호에 따른다.
