한부모가족지원법 제5조(지원대상자의 범위)

① 이 법에 따른 지원대상자는 제4조제1호ㆍ제1호의2 및 제2호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 해당하는 자로서 여성가족부령으로 정하는 자로 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2011.4.12, 2014.1.21>

(1) Persons퍼슨즈 eligible엘러저블 for^f포 support서포트 under언더 this^ð디스 Act액트 are아 persons퍼슨즈 who후 fall^f폴 under언더 Article아터클 4, subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 1, 1-2, and앤드 2 through^θ쓰^r루 5 and앤드 who후 are아 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Gender젠더 Equality이콸러티 and앤드 Family.^f패멀리

② 제1항에 따른 지원대상자 중 아동의 연령을 초과하는 자녀가 있는 한부모가족의 경우 그 자녀를 제외한 나머지 가족구성원을 지원대상자로 한다. <신설 2011.4.12, 2014.1.21>
