Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Investigation of and Inquiry into Marine Accidents, Article 16 (Applications for Withdrawal)
회피신청은 이유를 분명하게 밝힌 서면으로 심판관이나 비상임심판관이 소속된 심판원에 하여야 한다.
An application for withdrawal shall be made in writing clearly stating the reasons, to the Tribunal to which the tribunal judge or non-standing tribunal judge belongs.
