고독사 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)

① 보건복지부장관(제6조제2항 및 제6조의2제3항에 따라 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 및 그 밖의 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체의 장은 법 제10조제3항에 따른 실태조사 및 통계작성을 위한 자료의 제출이나 의견의 진술에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제13조제2항에 따른 고독사위험자의 조기 발견, 상담 및 치료를 위하여 필요한 조치에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

④ 제4조제4항에 따라 실태조사를 의뢰받은 기관 또는 단체는 법 제10조제1항에 따른 고독사 실태조사에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
