Enforcement Decree of the Weather Service Act, Article 20-2 (Criteria for Designation of Educational Institutions)

① 법 제35조의3제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 인력 및 시설ㆍ장비를 갖춘 기관이나 단체"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관이나 단체로서 별표 4에 따른 인력 및 시설ㆍ장비 기준을 충족하는 기관이나 단체를 말한다.
