낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조(수변구역의 지정범위)

① 법 제4조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 거리 이내의 지역"이란 해당 댐[계획홍수위선(計劃洪水位線)을 기준으로 하되, 계획홍수위선이 없는 경우에는 상시만수위선(常時滿水位線)을 기준으로 한다. 이하 같다]으로부터 다음 각 호의 거리 이내에 있는 지역을 말한다. 이 경우 거리는 하천ㆍ호소(湖沼) 또는 이에 준하는 수역의 중심선을 따라 물이 흘러오는 방향으로 잰 거리(이하 "유하거리"라 한다)로 한다. <개정 2020.7.21>

② 법 제4조제2항 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 하천의 경계는 「하천법」 제2조제2호에 따른 하천구역의 경계로 하되, 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 해당 경계선에 대한 현지 실태조사 등을 거쳐서 정한다.
