Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Finance Users, Article 14 (Completion of Transactions after Revocation of Registration)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 대부업자등(대부업자등이 개인인 경우에는 그 상속인을 포함한다)은 그 대부업자등이 체결한 대부계약에 따른 거래를 종결하는 범위에서 대부업자등으로 본다. <개정 2015.7.24>

1. 제3조제6항에 따른 등록의 유효기간이 만료된 경우
