Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 72 (Establishment of the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency)

① 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 한국공정거래조정원(이하 "조정원"이라 한다)을 설립한다. <개정 2023.6.20>

1. 제45조제1항을 위반한 혐의가 있는 행위와 관련된 분쟁의 조정

2. 다른 법률에서 조정원으로 하여금 담당하게 하는 분쟁의 조정

② 조정원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Mediation미디에이션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 조정원의 장은 제57조제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 중에서 공정거래위원회 위원장이 임명한다.

(3) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mediation미디에이션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fair^f페어 Trade트^r레이드 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 57 (2).

④ 정부는 조정원의 설립과 운영에 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 출연하거나 보조할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 contribute컨트^r리븃 or오 subsidize,서브시다이즈 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget,버짓 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 establishing이스태블리슁 and앤드 operating아퍼^r레이팅 the^ð더 Mediation미디에이션 Agency.에이전시

⑤ 조정원에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(5) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 concerning컨서닝 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 foundations^f파운데이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð더 Mediation미디에이션 Agency.에이전시
