벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제13조(국유재산의 임대 등)

① 법 제19조제1항에 따른 국유재산의 연간 임대료는 「국유재산법 시행령」 제29조제1항에도 불구하고 같은 조 제2항에 따라 산출한 금액에 1천분의 10 이상을 곱한 금액으로 하되, 월 단위로 나누어 낼 수 있다. <개정 2009.7.27>

② 국유재산을 계속하여 두 해 이상 임차하는 경우로서 제1항에 따라 산출한 연간 임대료가 전년도 임대료의 100분의 10 이상 오르는 경우에는 「국유재산법 시행령」 제31조에 따라 산출한 금액을 그 임대료로 한다. <개정 2009.7.27>

③ 법 제19조제1항에 따른 국유재산의 임대기간은 20년 이하로 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 임대기간은 갱신할 수 있다. 이 경우 갱신기간은 갱신할 때마다 제3항에 따른 기간을 초과할 수 없다.
