빈집 및 소규모주택 정비에 관한 특례법 시행령 제13조(준공인가 및 공사완료 고시 등)

① 시장ㆍ군수등이 아닌 사업시행자는 법 제14조제1항에 따른 빈집정비사업의 준공인가(이하 "준공인가"라 한다)를 받으려면 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 준공인가신청서에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수등에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 사업시행자가 한국토지주택공사인 경우로서 「한국토지주택공사법」 제19조제3항 및 같은 법 시행령 제41조제2항에 따라 준공인가 처리결과를 시장ㆍ군수등에게 통보한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제14조제2항에 따라 준공인가를 한 때에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 준공인가증을 사업시행자에게 내주어야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제14조제3항 및 제4항에 따라 공사의 완료를 고시하는 경우 제2항 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.

④ 사업시행자는 제2항에 따라 준공인가증을 받은 때(사업시행자가 한국토지주택공사인 경우에는 「한국토지주택공사법」 제19조제3항 및 같은 법 시행령 제41조제2항에 따라 준공인가 처리결과를 시장ㆍ군수등에게 통보한 때를 말한다)에는 제2항에 따라 고시하는 사항을 분양대상자에게 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다.
