가. 금고나 중앙회에서 감사ㆍ회계 또는 재무 관련 업무에 상근직으로 5년 이상 근무한 경력이 있는 사람. 다만, 해당 금고에서 최근 2년 이내에 임직원으로 근무 중이거나 근무한 사람(금고 감사로 근무 중이거나 근무한 사람은 제외한다)은 제외한다.
