아동복지법 제68조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 보건복지부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게, 시ㆍ도지사의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다. 다만, 제26조, 제29조의4, 제29조의5, 제75조에 따른 관계 중앙행정기관의 장의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 교육감ㆍ교육장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2015.3.27, 2017.7.26, 2019.1.15, 2025.10.1, 2026.2.3>

② 이 법에 따른 보건복지부장관의 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 제10조의2에 따른 보장원, 아동복지 관련 법인ㆍ단체ㆍ시설에 위탁할 수 있다. <신설 2019.1.15>
