어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법 시행령 제51조의5(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Fishing Vessel Crew and Fishing Vessel Accident Compensation Insurance Act, Article 51-5 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Personally Identifiable Information)
해양수산부장관 또는 중앙회는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제18조제2호에 따른 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보, 같은 영 제19조 각 호에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.8.6, 2020.8.19, 2024.7.23>
Where unavoidable to perform the following duties, the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries or the Federation may process data including information on health under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act, information corresponding to criminal history data under Article 18 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and resident registration numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, or foreigner registration numbers under the subparagraphs of Article 19 of the same Decree:
1. 법 제15조의2에 따른 자료제공의 요청에 관한 사무
1. Duties concerning requests for provision of data under Article 15-2 of the Act;
2. 법 제16조에 따른 어선원보험의 가입에 관한 사무
2. Duties concerning enrollment in fishing vessel crew insurance under Article 16 of the Act;
3. 법 제21조에 따른 어선원보험급여의 지급에 관한 사무
3. Duties concerning payment of fishing vessel crew insurance benefits under Article 21 of the Act;
4. 법 제29조제3항에 따른 어선원보험급여의 반환에 관한 사무
