의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제61조의2(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)

경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장(제4조제1항 또는 제57조의2제2항에 따라 권한을 위임받거나 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보와 같은 법 시행령 제19조제1호 또는 제3호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 운전면허의 면허번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. 다만, 제4호의 사무의 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보와 같은 법 시행령 제19조제3호에 따른 운전면허의 면허번호가 포함된 자료는 제외한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.6.30, 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26, 2021.5.18>
