전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제121조(통합특별시 도시철도 사업에 관한 특례)

① 국토교통부장관은 통합특별시 설치에 따라 관할 도시교통권역이 변경된 경우에도 도시철도는 종전의 광주광역시 관할 도시교통권역 교통시설 및 교통수단으로 본다.

② 국토교통부장관은 「도시철도법」 제18조 및 제22조에 따라 도시철도 건설에 대한 재정지원을 일부 부담할 수 있다.
