Enforcement Decree of the Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 44 (Scope of Guarantees)

법 제45조제1항에 따른 조합의 보증범위는 조합원이 다음 각 호의 공사 등을 수행하는 과정에서 부담하는 의무 또는 채무로 한다. <개정 2011.3.29, 2024.5.7>
